Code of Conduct

On the back of each J&R employee’s business card – from our management team to our field crews -  Our Code of Conduct defines what we stand for and believe in, documenting the uncompromisingly high ethical standards our company has upheld since its founding in 1994. It states that our primary purpose is “to strive for flawless execution of my work and to deliver superior value. Assist my partners in doing what they do; better”.

This is more than just J&R’s mission statement; it is the way we do business. Achieving the highest level of quality possible, we strive to exceed our clients’ expectations, assist and delight our customers and gain their loyalty by earning their confidence through our actions and products.

Maintain confidential treatment of all client information
Decline assignments for which our personnel, solutions, equipment, or systems are not appropriate
Willingly withdraw from any assignment where the client is not benefiting from our service
Provide a logical estimate of costs and completion date of an assignment before starting
Undertake every assignment, large or small, with enthusiasm
Provide a statement of our understanding of any contemplated project
Provide Field staff Employees that will work in a client's facility for as long as necessary
Ensure satisfactory performance with the backing of a specific guarantee and complete confidentiality
Conduct the highest caliber of screening, assessing, and checking of all J&R employees
